At Fanestil’s, we take the time to create the best quality prepared meats possible. Perfectly seasoned and ready for your table, our experience is apparent in every savory, flavorful bite. For over 60 years Fanestil Meats has been producing non-water added bone in hams in a time-honored tradition. The old fashioned process, from beginning to end, takes about 2 weeks. Each ham is individually trimmed and cured before going into a smokehouse. Once in the smokehouse it is cooked with real hardwood smoke for approximately 12 hours. The hams are further processed by either being spiral sliced or left whole and vacuumed sealed, ready to be shipped to select customers across the United States.
