Just South of Emporia, Kansas at the edge of the scenic Flint Hills, sits a unique business that has been making a full line of quality meat products since 1942. Fanestil Meats produces a full line of Hams, including Old Fashioned Bone In Hams, Spiral Sliced and Boneless Hams along with our famous Party Time Hams. We also offer a large line of other high quality meats.
Cutting Corners is Not an Option
For over 60 years Fanestil Meats has been producing non-water added bone in hams in a time-honored
tradition. Approximately 10,000 bone in hams were cooked and distributed this last holiday season. The old fashioned process, from beginning to end, takes about 2 weeks. Each ham is individually trimmed and cured before going into a smokehouse, which holds over 300 hams. Once in the smokehouse it is cooked with real hardwood smoke for approximately 12 hours. The hams are further processed by either being spiral sliced or left whole and vacuumed sealed, ready to be shipped to select customers across the United States.

Each year during the holidays, Fanestil Meats also produces and distributes around 8,000 Party Time Hams. Party Time Ham is 95% lean and with it’s rich, lightly smoked flavor, it has become a regional favorite. Party Time Ham is boneless, fully cooked and has been recognized as one of the finest deli meats on the market.
